Hey there! I am the founder of Tosfit and a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment. Serving clients in Charmhaven, Central Coast and remote coaching for hybrid athletes around the country. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, and I’m here to share that passion with you—whether you're just starting out or looking to push your limits. I believe that with the right guidance and a positive mindset, anyone can transform their health and lifestyle.
